This policy applies to purchases made through IINE Official Store at iine.store. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Where applicable law grants you a longer return period or additional remedies, those mandatory rights prevail.
7-day return period
You may request a return within 7 days after the order is delivered. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, complete, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
How to request a return
- Email support@iine.top within the applicable return period.
- Include your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request, and photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused where permitted by law. Do not send products to our Hong Kong business address. Approved returns must be sent to the return address below.

Return shipping costs
For non-quality-related returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt.
For a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, IINE will provide a prepaid return method or otherwise cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the item so that we can provide the correct instructions.
Inspection and refunds
We will inspect returned items after receipt and notify you whether the refund is approved. Once approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 24 hours. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges and optional expedited shipping charges are not refundable for non-quality-related returns unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or video. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, reshipment, or refund. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Items not eligible for change-of-mind return
Items that are used, incomplete, altered, damaged after delivery through misuse or accident, or missing original components or packaging are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This exclusion does not apply to valid warranty or statutory defect claims.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact support@iine.top as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Because orders are normally processed within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after processing has begun or the order has been dispatched.
