1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

2. STORE USE AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the Store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, contact, and shipping information.
3. PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, included items, functions, colors, dimensions, and compatibility accurately. Display colors and appearance may vary by device. Before ordering, you are responsible for reviewing the product page and confirming compatibility with your console, device, game, region, and intended use.
References to Nintendo, Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, PC, mobile devices, games, or other third-party brands identify compatibility only unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasonable reasons, including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or an inability to verify order information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.
Product availability can change before dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable or materially delayed, we will contact you with available options.
5. PRICES, CURRENCY, AND PAYMENT
Product prices, currency, shipping charges, discounts, and any applicable checkout charges are displayed before you submit payment. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect an accepted order. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the final order total.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy (https://iine.store/policies/shipping-policy). Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. Please review your shipping address before submitting an order and contact us promptly if a correction is required.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, defective-item claims, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (https://iine.store/policies/refund-policy). Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
8. ONE-YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
IINE products purchased through this Store include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal, intended use. Proof of purchase is required.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to instructions, or damage caused by an incompatible device or accessory.
For a valid warranty claim, contact support@iine.top with the order number and evidence of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may be troubleshooting, repair, replacement, reshipment, or refund. This warranty is in addition to any non-excludable statutory rights.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Store and its original content, including IINE names, logos, product images, graphics, videos, text, and software, are owned by or licensed to IWEUTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Store only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not use the Store to violate law or third-party rights; submit false or fraudulent information; interfere with the Store's security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest data without authorization; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorized access to any account or system. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Store, customers, or third parties.

Occasionally, product information, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or other Store content may contain an error or omission. We may correct errors and update information. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide options consistent with applicable law.
13. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store and products are provided without warranties other than those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IWEUTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Store or products where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the transaction.
14. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an order accepted before the change.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to IWEUTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED in Hong Kong SAR, China, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve concerns directly.
